As one enrolls for healthy mantra services few guidelines are required to be kept in mind. Based on accurate & relevant information provided by you. We plan a customized diet plan for you. The diet plans are designed on the basis of program taken by you. Success depends upon complete adherence to program guidelines. We do not recommend any type of fasting. In case you are under the medical supervision of a doctor then we request you to consult your doctor before you start the diet plan.

You acknowledge that you are not ( taking or consuming steroids, facing kidney related disorders, cancer angiography/angioplasty done in the last 2 months. Epileptic undergone any major surgeries in the last 3 months, Nervous system related complications, Tumor, HIV positive patients, hepatitis prescription by Email on info.healthymantra@gmail.com before joining our program.

Any changes we may make to our terms & conditions in the future will be posted on this page. So please keep check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our terms & conditions.

By no program expiry we meant that If you are going on unexpected busy/break/vacation, it is mandatory to inform us via email so that we can maintain the record of the same & put your program on hold. If he/she fails to revert us on our reminders we have rights to shut your program within 15 days from the day we start to send you 1st reminder. In case if you come back after 15 days to us & want to restart the pending program again you have to pay Rs 2500/- / 52 $ penalty amount to get back pending sessions.

Once client enrolls he/she is eligible to create account on our website to view easy healthy & yummy recipes. Once their program is over clients recipe viewing accounts will be deactivated. In case if they wish to view our recipes they can take membership (to know more mail us on info.healthymantra@gmail.com). No cooking recipes will be attached in diet plans, we only provide recipes in the special diet plans. If you need recipes attached in the each diet plans you have to pay additional apart from program fee, that extra amount you can ask us on email/ whatsapp.

Post completing the program we shall take few days to prepare your maintenance & cheat guide if you had signed up for the eligible program, once the clients reviews are done on the asked platforms we shall send you maintenance & cheat guide on your email ID. We do not recommend repetition of the sessions which was sent during the program as those sessions were planned keeping previous health and needs in the mind, if anyone repeats healthy mantra is not responsible for any type of consequences.  

Your use of information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

You agree with Healthy Mantra, they may use clients photographs, videos, audio recordings, contents or all four of them. After submitting yours photographs, videos, expert videos, course videos, tutorial videos, audio recordings and/or any contents, you waive your rights from the final files and contents.

You agree that all your photographs, videos, audio recordings or content write up and any reproduction of it shall remain the property of Healthy Mantra. You agree and do hereby consent to the use of all such photographs, videos, audio recordings and/or content can be used on any apps and any social media platform like YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter etc

You understand that this consent is perpetual; that you may not revoke it, and that it is binding. You understand that these photographs, videos, audio recordings and/or contents may appear publicly as part of Healthy Mantra, website/apps, social media platforms and any other marketing materials

You understand that content writing on your video / audio / review is with our knowledge and you agree for it to be published on the Healthy Mantra. website/apps and any social media platform like YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter etc.

You commit to take responsibility for your own actions and understand that the dietitian/s can only guide and cannot control what you consume vs what was prescribed.

We are providing you with an opportunity to turn around your life. This effort involves the investment of our time, and as a wise person once said, ‘Time is money’. We would be charging you for our expertise in the field, and expect you to respect it. We are not indebted to you in any way for the money you pay us, neither can it be used to take advantage of us in any way.

We work globally and our office is in andheri east, Mumbai. We have no branch, no representative, no authorized nutritionist anywhere else in India or abroad. 

Consultation – In consultation we will understand your needs and guide you with correct program and will explain you how we work here in systematic way which improves your health, Medical conditions (if any) & helps you to lose excess fats for long run, how you lose weight along with managing your social life with yummy food. No ready diet plan are provided in consultation as we give customized plans. Healthy Mantra doesn’t provide any hard or printed copies for any documents from there side. If blood reports is asked by healthy mantra it is mandatory to submit the same.  

Refund policy – A client who enrolls with us agrees all our terms & conditions and then take up the program. Once the program is purchased [net banking, Cash, online transfer, paypal, payoneer, debit/credit card, any wallets] at [www.healthymantra.co] operated by [Healthy Mantra] amount paid is non refundable means we don’t offer full money-back guarantee for any purchases made on our website. This agreement is personal to you & cannot be transferred to another person. Transfer is only considered in special cases.

Transfers- Our programs are non-transferable incase for a medical or other urgent reason and you are not able to continue the program, we may be able to approve the transfer request provided you can present relevant evidence. Note that if approved, standard transfer fee of Rs.1000/- (in case of transfer to existing client) or Rs.2000/- (in case of transfer to a non-member) will be applicable mandatory.

Missed appointments – If you miss your appointment and do not notify us, it is your responsibility to reach out to us and reschedule your next appointment.

Upgrades- A program once enrolled in, can ONLY be upgraded within the first week from the start date. Downgrades are not allowed.

We don’t sale any data which is collected on this site to any other third party. We don’t email, calls or message to ask any otp or credit/debit card details.

Food images used on the website is just for reference purpose. The website contains information, content, advertisements, text, logo, sound & video recordings, animations & other matters (collectively the “content”) that are protected by copyrights & trade mark & reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice which forms part these terms & conditions.
